Elliot Weber is an accomplished agronomy executive with more than 20 years of experience in golf course construction, renovation, and turf management. As Executive Director of Agronomy at Alisal Ranch, he oversees agronomic operations for both the private Alisal Ranch Course and the public Alisal River Course, leading course enhancement projects, sustainability initiatives, and daily operations that elevate playing conditions and the overall guest experience.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in Turf Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Throughout his career, Elliot has successfully managed golf course renovations, implemented water conservation and resource-efficiency programs, and built high-performing teams focused on operational excellence and long-term course sustainability.
Located in the Santa Ynez Valley near Santa Barbara, Alisal Ranch is a historic family-owned resort known for its golf, hospitality, and outdoor recreation experiences.
Outside of work, Elliot enjoys backyard BBQs and watching water polo.
