Lee’s background in golf spans nearly 25 years, with experience in operating and managing more than 150 courses. He joined American Golf in 2003 and gained experience as a general manager across a variety of golf facilities before being promoted to Regional Director of the Northeast in 2009. In that role, he oversaw operations across New York City, New Jersey, Atlanta, Virginia, and Detroit.
In 2015, Lee was promoted to Regional Vice President for the East, expanding his responsibilities to include Dallas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. In 2016, he became Senior Vice President, overseeing the management and operations of all American Golf public courses nationwide.
Lee joined CourseCo in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Finance. In this role, he leads financial planning and analysis, technology initiatives, revenue management, and team development, while also supporting golf course operations and business development.
He remains actively involved in the golf community, supporting advocacy and legislative efforts. Lee serves as a past president of the California Golf Course Owners Association and is a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the California Alliance for Golf.
