James Cronk is a respected leader in the golf and hospitality industry with more than 30 years of experience. A former golf professional, club manager, restaurant manager, and theater producer, he now works globally as a speaker, consultant, and entrepreneur focused on leadership, culture, and service excellence.
James has delivered keynote presentations and workshops at major industry events, including the NGCOA Canada and U.S. National Conferences, the Asia Pacific Golf Summit, the European Golf Business Conference, the CMAA World Conference, and events for the PGA of Canada, the PGA of America, and the PGA of GB&I.
He is the President of Cronk Group, a consulting firm that has assisted clubs of all types for more than 18 years in everything from strategic planning to team culture to operational efficiencies. He is also the co-founder of Guru Collective, which offers technology and training platforms designed to help clubs improve operations, train teams, enhance health and safety, and elevate the member, guest, and employee experience.
