David Hardesty is a Class A Golf Course Superintendent with over 17 years of experience in golf course construction, grow-ins, and agronomy leadership. Over the course of his career, he has overseen three start-to-finish golf course builds and played a key role in four large-scale renovation projects, developing a deep understanding of course architecture, construction, and long-term maintenance strategy.
Today, David serves as Head of Sales at CapillaryFlow, where he works closely with golf course architects, owners, and superintendents to implement innovative solutions. Recognized as an emerging industry voice and recently featured on the Leadership on the Links podcast, David is passionate about sustainability and advancing technologies that reduce maintenance burdens while improving the long-term performance of golf course and sports field infrastructure.
