Allison George is the “Wizard of Fun” at her family’s golf course. Having grown up on the golf course, there are few jobs Allison hasn’t performed — from picking up garbage and mowing fairways to working the snack bar and now serving as General Manager. She has helped grow her family’s business by introducing new programs to the public and staying up to date with technology.
Allison has served on the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) Board since 2007. Over the past 20 years, she has spoken across the United States and Canada at numerous golf conferences, sharing ideas and practical strategies to help golf courses increase rounds, attract new players, and grow revenue.
Allison was named the 8th Most Innovative Person in Golf in 2010 and received the Don Rossi Award in 2021 and the Hilda Allen Award in 2023 — a national honor recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to the golf industry.
She has been married to her husband, Kelly, for 29 years and has two sons, a daughter, and recently welcomed a new son-in-law to the family.
