Brad Snavely is the Vice President and Technical Director for Sustainable Turf Science, Inc., bringing 40 years of experience in agriculture and sports turf. After managing a 360-acre family ranch, Brad transitioned into the sports turf industry, first as a contractor for Floratine Products Group, where he earned top honors as a representative, and later as Western United States Technical Representative for Grigg Brothers.
His expertise in soil and water analysis led to his promotion to Global Interpretation Specialist, where he developed testing parameters and comprehensive protocols for turf management.
In 2008, Brad addressed emerging water quality challenges as Director of Agronomy, supporting university research and industry marketing while developing a technical training manual for field representatives. His “white paper” helped a water treatment company earn “Top 10 New Product in the World” recognition at the International Ag Expo.
Brad founded Sustainable Turf Science, Inc. in 2010 and partnered with Dr. Salam Awada in 2011, utilizing proprietary “enzymatic fragmentation” technology to develop more than 30 innovative products specifically designed for turf. He currently consults for major sports facilities and golf courses throughout the industry.
