Richard Stiftinger serves as Director of Advisory Services for KemperSports Venues, where he leads the firm’s Advisory Services practice.
In this role, he partners with municipalities and community stakeholders nationwide to evaluate sports, entertainment, recreation, and hospitality projects. His work includes market assessments, feasibility studies, financial analyses, economic impact modeling, operational assessments, and strategic planning initiatives that help clients identify market opportunities, evaluate project viability, and make informed investment decisions.
In addition to leading advisory engagements, Richard supports KemperSports’ national portfolio through performance reporting, operational analysis, budgeting, transition planning, and strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and drive long-term asset performance.
Richard brings more than eight years of experience in the sports, recreation, and venue industry, along with more than nine years of project management experience. Prior to joining KemperSports, he served as a Project Manager with Suncoast Credit Union and held advisory and analytical roles with The Sports Facilities Companies.
Earlier in his career, he held analyst roles with the Tampa Bay Rays.
