B.K. Browne is the Co-Founder and CEO of SpeakSport, an AI-receptionist platform that helps golf facilities alleviate phone call volume, enhance customer service, drive retention, and boost revenue.
A lifelong golfer, B.K.’s journey in the industry began behind the counter of a daily-fee pro shop in Connecticut, where he experienced firsthand many of the daily challenges golf operators face. He has held roles across large corporations, a venture-backed technology startup, and golf facilities alike, consistently working at the intersection of innovation and problem solving.
B.K. holds an undergraduate degree from Babson College and is also a near-fluent speaker of Mandarin Chinese. Today, he is focused on helping golf operators elevate hospitality and believes that simplicity and context-driven service are the keys to a better guest experience.
